Value of Loans Received

The indicator measures the total financial value of loans received by the target group members from the supported saving and loan groups or formal financial institutions participating in the project.

Calculate the indicator’s value either by:

1) conducting a survey among all (or a representative sample of) the target individuals (or enterprises if they were targeted by an intervention); or by

2) collecting the information from the providers of loans (this is more likely if they are active project participants and are willing to provide the data)

Consider disaggregating the data by gender and other criteria relevant to the focus of your intervention.
