Community gender training
INDICATOR PHRASING: The number of people that have been trained in gender norms.
What is its purpose?
To track the number of people (termed beneficiaries) that have completed training on gender norms within the community. This will include those that have taken part in some form of gender norms dialogue process or series of community gender workshops.
How to Collect and Analyse the Required Data
Course or attendance records collated from those leading or facilitating the series of workshops or dialogues.
Disaggregate by gender and age group as standard although additional social identity markers such as faith group, denomination, tribe or ethnicity may also be used.
This focuses on the work of gender activists facilitating gender norms events within their communities.
