Indicator Phrasing

INDICATOR PHRASING: Number of communities holding RPS corporate priority related activities such as community conflict transformation dialogues, transforming masculinities dialogues or SGBV survivor movements

What is its purpose?

To assess the number of communities that have been holding conflict transformation, peacebuilding or other workshops (such as gender) as a result of training provided to trainers, activists or champions. Such workshops would typically be built on the community conflict transformation dialogues or similar. This helps us assess how many of those trained as activists are actually putting their training into practice by facilitating training in their communities.

How to Collect and Analyse the Required Data

This can be assessed from reports submitted by the activists, trainers or champions themselves however we would normally expect to see supporting evidence of the workshops such as training plans, photographs or lists of attendees.  You may also be able to gather this indirectly by monitoring exchanges on the relevant PB or gender network social media where this has been set up.

Count the number of communities where the training has been 'stepped down' in some form to people within the community or where community dialogue sessions have been faciliated. A community should be identified as the lowest level geographic entry on TRACK and so may contain more than one church or faith group

Disaggregate by

The thematic area covered by the training (i.e. Peacebuilding, SGBV etc.)
