To be logged and reported by those conducting the advocacy activities as part of project reporting. Add up the list of changed processes or practices ensuring that any changes are only recorded once even if the contribution came from different projects or allied organisations. Processes and practices here refers to the way in which a policy is implemented or applied

Disaggregate by the level at which the process applies: local, sub-national, national or global
