Determine the indicator’s value by using the following methodology:
1) Review project reports and distribution lists (signed by beneficiaries) to identify the number of households which received NFIs.
2) Verify the data by reviewing the results of post-distribution monitoring (e.g. on the % of beneficiaries who reported receiving the provided items). If required, adjust the number of people who received NFIs. If the post-distribution data is not available, it is recommend that you interview a representative sample of people who were reported to receive NFI.
3) Identify whether the NFIs were in line with the Cluster’s standards. This should be done by comparing the Cluster’s official recommendations with the content of provided NFI kits.
4) The indicator’s value equals to the number of people for whom it was confirmed that they received the NFIs and that this assistance was in line with the Cluster’s standards recommendations.
