What is its purpose?

This indicator is designed to measure if the project's activities have increased household motivation to invest in sanitation improvements. Note that attribution to the project's activities is difficult, and you will need to set clear boundary around which products count as an investment in sanitation - suggest options of products are given within a survey question

How to Collect and Analyse the Required Data

No baseline required - as timeframe for measuring purchases made will be within the project's timeframe only.
Representative population based survey undertaken in area where MBS activities have been undertaken.
