Determine the indicator's value by using the following methodology:
1) Define how many times a survivor champion needs to lead a support group in order to be considered as “actively leading” the group.
2) Collect the required data using one of the following approaches:
Using existing documentation: If there is documentation showing how many sessions were led by each survivor champion (e.g. attendance sheets, project’s M&E data), use it to count how many champions lead a group for at least the number of times defined in point 1 above.
Using representative survey: If there is no relevant documentation, conduct interviews with a representative sample of champions, asking them 1) whether and 2) how many times they led a support group in the course of the project.
3) The indicator’s value equals to the number of survivor champions who led a support group for the minimum number of times.
