This is assessed through the anlaysis of data from the subordinate indicator: 'physical violence'
Count the number of communities where there has been an improvement of at least 10% of the baseline score between baseline and endline survey results in the 'phyiscal violence' indicator. For example if the baseline score was 40% , 10% of this would be 4% and so a score of less than 36% would suggest a significant change (reduction) in the level of violence in that community. The communtiy would therefore be included as a 'peaceful community'. if the score was more than 36% the level of change would not be significant and so the community would not be counted.
